At Allecia Michelle, your satisfaction is our priority. We collaborate with a third-party print-on-demand vendor to produce high-quality, custom products made specifically for you. Because each item is made to order, our return and refund policy aligns with the print-on-demand vendor's guidelines. Please review the details below.

Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors:

If your item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing error, you are eligible for a free reprint or refund.

To process your request, please contact us at info@alleciamichelle.com within 30 days of product delivery. Be sure to attach a clear photo of the damage or misprint.

For issues involving multiple products with the same design, please include an additional photo (or video) showing all affected items together in one frame for verification.

Non-Eligible Situations:

Returns or refunds will not be offered for items ordered in the wrong size or color or for changes of mind.

Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5") are not considered defects.

Unsuccessful Deliveries:

For items that could not be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, you can choose a reprint for an additional charge or a partial refund.
